Overview
Bûqæ Ûvî Kâchyâ was founded durring the late 12th century in fall of the year 1086, by Carandoliel. The establishment of Bûqæ Ûvî Kâchyâ was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Bûqæ Ûvî Kâchyâ's construction back out of the project. Carandoliel pushed on reguardles, and Bûqæ Ûvî Kâchyâ was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Bûqæ Ûvî Kâchyâ was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Bûqæ Ûvî Kâchyâ is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Bûqæ Ûvî Kâchyâ is buildings are located arround a single spacious split-log ties mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the city a over all circular shape. The city is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the city's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Bûqæ Ûvî Kâchyâ's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Bûqæ Ûvî Kâchyâ's top tier civilian fortifications are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
A look around Bûqæ Ûvî Kâchyâ makes you worry someone might stab you in a dark ally for your boots. It’s not filthy, or dark, but the smiles seem strained, the locals seem to glare daggers in eachothers backs a little too much, and everyone is armed at all times. You may want to keep an eye on your valuables, and make sure you don’t wind up in any position of power.

The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..

History
Bûqæ Ûvî Kâchyâ is in secret rebellion against their ostensible liege, having cut deals with his enemies, plotted to betray him for their own gain, or bridled under his tyranny and sought a better lord. The community’s leadership is all in on this plot, and outside viceroys or representatives are being kept carefully ignorant of the reality. The common folk may be oblivious to the truth, though they’ll doubtless have felt the same motivations and promptings that convinced their leaders to turn traitor.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century Bûqæ Ûvî Kâchyâ was struck by unseasonably warm weather, causing a sweltering heat to smouther the land for 3 days. Bûqæ Ûvî Kâchyâ lost 109 people and 307 livestock in the disaster.. The deadly heat is remembered by most as the Damnation's Flame.
